Hi Alex,
We do offer cPanel web hosting. Currently, we are running on cPanel 8.2.0-RELEASE 28 with x2 skin v2.2.2. We will update cPanel frequently when we feel a stable version is released so that the accounts are safe & secured. I'm unsure if our services are cheap, but you can take a look at our plans at http://www.kkhost.net/ We are a local company and we have our server in Rackshack, United States.
