It really depends on the company. If the company decides to close door without prior notice, I believe all your accounts will be down. Otherwise, the company can transfer your accounts to another host before going down.

Indeed. Spending thousand bucks to sue a company, which is already bankcrupt to claim back hundred bucks? Nah... definitely not wise.

Therefore, it is really important to choose a good host before you start your reseller plan. Try not to choose those companies, which are offering their plans at a very, very low price.

Financial control is important. And I beleive Michael Foo is. Another very important issue is, does the business make maney? If got you have a good financial control but the business is loosing every month. Are you able to further control? That is why not to choose someone selling too low.

I don't think this is an issue..coz now days nothing to worry about the provider bankkrap or die!!!!

Because within 24 hrs we can shift to new server including all file and database.

So..why should we worry that company bankkrup or close, as long they can provide good service..we stay but when we feel it's not stable or worst support...we blahhhhh..

In fact, sometimes established company more whorst because they feel they are big and have a lot of customer..so they won't bother for small-small company ...coz this happen to me. ..

Yes, we can shift all our domain within 1 day, if the host give you poor service. But what is the server go offline in sudden? noc24 is a good example. 24 servers go offline in sudden.

I agree choose a good host is important. And I agree with you too, big company does not mean good service.
