Current Problem With TrueByte/Wawasan2020 - Who else

Hi!

I'm one of the customer of the hosting company what so called "TRUEBYTE". Few months ago there is a changes of portfolio and also company which saw tookover by WAWASAN2020.

For the past one day, our site already down and yet there is no sign of relief of the problem.

At the same time also, I do not have a contact with their new administration WAWASAN2020.

For those who having similar problem with the same company and can give any idea what going wrong and how the solution with them...pls drop here..

because i paid for the account for my personal web.. & because i'm their community board mod - more diskspace compare to what i've paid

customer support perlu dipertingkatkan.... abeslah aku kene sound dek client... web diorang takleh access sejak beberapa hari lalu...

aku nyer zmiey.com takleh access.. tatau samada dah didelete atau tak... mmg akaun tu dah due tp aku tak igt bile.. bila cube nak access macam dah takde...

tp takpela.. takde file penting sgt..
