Ensim? Plesk? Cpanel?
Personally I only use Cpanel before, have no experience about other two. I think Cpanel has rich features but lack of documentation.
Which is your choice of webhosting admin panel for Linux/Unix server? Reasons? Which is more stable(less bugs)? What about their price(for dedicated server)? Ensim: http://www.ensim.com Plesk: http://www.plesk.com (version 7 support unix/linux) Cpanel: http://www.cpanel.net

I believe Ensim and PLESK have less bug and is more secure compare to CPanel.
However, my company is still using CPanel for 1 reason, Very Very user friendly for our end users. Most of the task can done within few mouse clicks inside CPanel.

We're supporting PLESK,
We're using Plesk 6.0.2, Plesk 7 for FreeBSD not released yet! Plesk from time to time tried to upgrade their features.

the most important is "end user".. from there money generated.. so most "end user" prefer cpanel because of their features..

cpanel security is not that bad, right? If its security is bad then impossible so many web server using it.

All Linux Server use WHM/Cpanel even sometime got small problem, market is demand on it.
For Windows Server we use HELM - this is quite good, lesser feature compare to Cpanel but c/w billing and domain management system
