I was pointed to this forum from http://www.webhostingtalk.com/ as a source to find out more about http://www.exabytes.com and get some recommendations based on people who actually use them.

Anybody care to share their experience with them?

I must say I am really impressed with their packages but have been unable to find any real testimonials about their service. Am hoping to change that by posting here.

Most probably:
1. Their customers are on another nameserver
2. Their customers are on another server.

Checking hosted site using WHOIS.SC is nothing

Which ISP are you on?

Next time if you are experiencing slow down, do a trace route and post the results here so we can examine together

i have recommend several person/company - if not much - but at least i think around 20 ++ psn/comp to the exabytes host.

Some of it under my incharge and anothers just a recomend.. then they buy a hosting pakage from them later..

And i'm proudly being exabytes client since they started their co. and now, they are ASIA BEST HOSTING COMPANY indeed.

BTW, the most BEST thing for ME at exabytes isss......
Their Support Team!. really a very good support.

while my web got error on database.. i inform their support team.. then it will be okay tomorrow. no need to wait for a long time. Also their AUTOBACKUP at least once a week. No need to do by myself. (i'm so bz [ read: lazy] to backup my data)

I have a website with them. They have a nice plan. There were some hiccups during the first few weeks but all seems fine now. Their email support just rocks. It really is 24/7 and they reply pretty fast. I like them. They serve international customers too. exabytes.com.my for Malaysian price (cheaper by a bit). exabtes.com for International customers.
