I know we shouldn't judge a book by its cover. But anyways, do you think that web site's design can give confidence to the visitors?

Another thing is, if you haven't notice, there is a page counter at the bottom of their page. At the time I visit their page, they have "48" visitors, which is really a low number despite how many visitors will subscribe to their services.

One more point, they do not even put their contact information (mailing address). How are you going to contact them in case of unlikely events?

As for POP3 email accounts, it allow you to retrieve your emails from email client like Outlook Express, MS Outlook, Eudora... etc.
