I found both my host here, articulate-x and mercumaya.net and so far I'm happy with both of them.

For me the most important thing in choose a host is realiability and negotiability so you can always get the best from them

my web hosting provider chronologically

1. http://uplinkearth.com - service is bad
2. http://neureal.com - service good, uptime good
3. http://mesopia.com - uptime is very bad
4. http://neureal.com again!

i use 'em all because of the allow shared hosting.

Where means i can host minimum 5 domain in one package except for uplinkearth. depends on your package.

My first host was Hostonce.com - got screwed! (an Oz company)

So I get a reseller plan to host multiple domains.

Ended up opening my own servers. my very own satisfaction..

i was looking around,
had many many many! host on my list
but boiled down to easynet-interactive.com
cause of their good support plus everytime i search in google their ads are always there!!
so i think that means they are serious about their hosting.

Having ads everywhere doesn't really mean that you're serious on your hosting thing. It just means that you're blowing away good money.

Many times the cost of advertising actually comes from the customers themselves. You pay more to your host and they use the money for advertising.

It's basically that simple. I don't like spending money on advertising (much money) cause it just means that I will have to charge more to my clients. I'd rather use that money to give better support and etc to my clients.

A balance between the two of them is the best. Exposure if very important, so does customer service for feedbacks

Have a look at http://www.webhostingtalk.com.my/ too. Based on Malaysia.

I'm with easynet-interactive.com. Didn't seems like they use ads service and charge more to their customers. Their plan even chaper than some other hosting. Their support is one of the best between all the hosting i have tried with more than 10 hours live chat a day.

Another will be cttsite.com. As good as easynet. Happy with both of them.
