Think About It.. which one are good for you

Dear all fellows,

For me laa kan.. actually semua hosting company are good.. Congrats laa kat u all yang mampu buat services yang sama level macam mat salleh lain.. MALAYSIA bolehh ...

But pernah kah u all terpikir pasal security ataupun data protection untuk web korang... ataupun untuk email.. whats tool the hosting company using to protect their user from virus or spamming... pernah tak u all check dahulu yang hosting company mana ada guna antivirus untuk protect email customer mereka... bukan apa dulu aku pernah guna satu hosting ni tak lama laa ada la setahun... tapi email berlambak kena spamm kena virus... takda antivirus gateway kot..

So apa yang aku lihat kat dalam ni.. rata-rata atau hampir kesemuanya promo hosting .. but.. takda satu pun sebut pasal antivirus untuk email atau mailmonitor bukan dalam forum ni sahaja but aku saja surf dalam web derang kalau ada pun guna yang free atau opensource punya antivirus..... cuma ada laa satu company ni jer ada sebut pasal protect email guna antivirus...

Maybe kebanyakan hosting nak save budget kot tanak keluar modal beli sebiji lagi server utnuk smtp gateway atau tak ada knowledge nak run smtp mailmonitor dalam server sama...

Aku rasa benda ni penting expecially user cam aku ni.. hari hari cek email.. takda email aku kejang... kalau email takleh bukak ada virus lagi aku kejang... ngan pc pc aku pun kejang...

Maybe hosting company ni kena learn something dari company yang ada buat mail virus tu...

thats why aku pernah kata derang ni tak glamer but lot experiences and good services...

p/s : aku nak mintak hosting free kat derang ... hahaha penat taip ni.. macam promo derang lak...

For clients to fight spam, cPanel comes with SpamAssassin. For us to prevent clients from sending spam, we monitor the mail statistic.

For antivirus, it is best for the client to have one on their computer. If a host offers hosting with antivirus, he has to make sure that the client will not chase after him if the client's computer was infected by virus. Quite a lot of task to do, I would say.

Most consumers worry about that. But for us, we have our antivirus to remove virus (not the most advanced antivirus) but it helps our clients from getting viruses. Some suspected files will be flagged with virus alert.

As I said earlier, the client still has to be responsible on installing antivirus on their own computer.

Kebanyakkan hosting company memang ada antivirus dan Anti Spam, Cpanel servers ada Spam Assasin dan ClamAv antivirus (pattern updated daily)

Plesk ada Dr Web dan SpamAssasin jugak

Cuma mereka Antivirus bukan pilihan kebanyakkan hosting co sebagai satu tarikan


Kalau pengguna tak update pattern antivirus dan tak langsung peduli untuk install antivirus, komputer mereka adalah penyebar virus. hendak lagi semua dah ada brodband dan tak tutup komputer berjam jam ...
