Cheap and unlimited bandwidth hosting

can sombody help me..
im looking for a good hosting dat has an unlimited bandwidth.. has nearly everything wt exabytes offers.. space above 100mb.. and has a price tag below Rm200..

if possible using cpanel and a linux server

if theres no hosting dat u know have the above.. anything will do as long as it offers unlimited bandwidth and the price tag below Rm200

Truthfully, how much bandwidth can you actually use or do you use? I'm just wondering why is everyone looking at Unmetered bandwidth and etc. Do you really get the concept of that?

Unfortunately, people always get cheated or confused when they look for Unlimited Bandwidth... all bandwidth are limited, I assure you that much. They're capped at a certain speed, thus it's always LIMITED!

But anyways, I'm not debating that. It's not what I'm here to ask. My main question is "why are people looking for UNLIMITED bandwidth? Do they really use that much?"

Do enlighten me...

Agree with Aaron. Huge bandwidth are not really needed unless people are on video and music streaming. However bandwidth must not be made as an issue. It is better to have as much bandwidth as possible as it's only meant to give accessibility.

So Why Do Unlimited Plans Exist?
Most websites only consume a very small amount of bandwidth and disk space. Web hosting companies that provide unlimited anything as a plan feature are banking on the fact that you won't use very much. Unlimited is a marketing trick to get your business.

It's the consumer problem who wants to get tricked. We don't lose anything if they consume only small amount of bandwidth. However if they are really consuming a lot.. it is our problem as we are playing tricks on them. Debating into bandwidth again? hehe

errr Filuren, aku ada tgk pakej ko "Stinger" mmg menarik dan murah, bandwidth tinggi ... so aku cuma confius, xleh ker letak file mp3 or video utk didownload oleh visitor?

Dan satu lagi, boleh ker install radio internet shoutcast ( www.shoutcast.com )

mmg sesetengah org nak "unlimited bandwidth" tp aku xda laa sampai nak unlimited, kalau dpt lebih besar pun kira ok... kenapa ada org lain nak "unlimited" ? maybe dia nak letak file mp3 or video atau audio streaming ... so kena laa bw besar besar hahaha

Is the nature of ppl.. want everything extra even though they do not use it..

Some hosting co still using unlimited cause they know it is a good marketing pitch for newbie/ naive customers.

aodat2 is right.. they have small pipe that is why..they can use - unlimited bandiwth... the fastest you can burst is 4 Mb (for example) while metered servers they can go up to more than 10Mb (if they are on 100Mb port).. If they offer unlimited - customer will use up the allocated bandwith normally 1200GB per servers in a matter of few days..

but of course esp malaysians.. whatever you say.. they still want the cheapest and the unlimited lol

Check out the rule for unlimited providers rules..
you can't as a mirror download /download farm
you can't run music streaming
you can't use as a storage backup?

So what is the use of unlimited bandwith by the way?

If your site become so popular and too many request they'll ask you to move out and get a dedicated.. and not suitable for virtual hosting (cause in order to process the request the server will use up all power and ram and swap in order to serve requests..

Enuff said.. customers.. do you know that they put "unlimited bandwidth cause they know you will not use even 1% percent of you allocated bandwith. If you still want to have the unlimited bandwith for god sake.. USE em all up! and make your money worth!
