Downtime for hive?

Why am I facing so long downtime this morning.I can't access to my site.Not even hive.com.my

I try to mail the support email.But no reply.

My apology. It is disconnected at 3am last night (1 Dec) due to spam report from one of our account for sending fake email (known as phishing). Read http://anti-phishing.org/ for more

I am only aware at 6am and request it be connected back and have terminated the account causing the trouble. The server was rebooted but causes DNS error issue. Have run run /scripts/fixndc but couldn't fix by itself so I had to sent a ticket to server provider to get it online.

It's back online 2:40PM

Sorry for so much trouble guys. I will setup a "Hive" ticketing system soon as daily emails are too many. So you will be able to see error logs, news and sending trouble tickets with 3 fulltime technicans to assist you.

I just want to bring this to public attention: Spamming and phishing is bad. Don't do that! - it's causing trouble to other people and us as well.

I am building a site that customers may send ticket easily without logging in (because everybody keeps forgeting their password). Public forums only invites unwanted messages

@ckita: Your site is hosted in another server - this is a network issue i am waiting for a reply.

It's 2 trouble at 1 time today.. I'm moving ahead. sorry for that.

mine has been down since 7 p/m yesterday........

now this is what i call "responsible service". At least your service provider care to explain what's wrong when the website is down. Sigh.

I can access site/forum.But my others friends can't.
Now I don't know what's going on.Hope you can fix da server problem asap.

The server appears to be under high load due to heavy traffic, there are a lot of emails waiting to be downloaded and mysql processes is high after it was taken up. Is is running fine today, my server stats is showing positive uptime. Swap is still a problem and will be solved by restarting mysql server every week until early next year when we're taking new server

Do report in an email should you experience any problem. cheers!

Hmm, you mean this thing can't be fix until next year?
Some of my friends always asking me why They cant get into forums.
