to be really honest might be painful
 but here my go: Provider: www.easynet-interactive.com Duration: 4 months site: www.ckita.com Comments: from the first time i chatted with them back in august till today... i have not encountered a single problem! updates are given regularly, they have their own forum (which is real good in my opinion) support was & is fantastic updates are given regularly via e-mail tells me first before any upgrading works  Provider: www.Hive.com.my Months: 3 months mostly for my clients site.... good service..... they are some ups and downs.... but all are resolved very soon plans are great... i never did had to read TOU's  i generally know ..no porn...warez.. bla..bla improving greatly.....implementing ticketing system and sms gateway next year. even send me sms on christmas again another good host!... Provider: www.anjungcafehosting.com months: 5 months comments: Good...never encountered any probs.... just had 1 client on their box..... nothing more to say really... but they do have nice plans.. and great for beginners...cause they have Site studio. Provider: a few others...that are not worth to mention

How long with them: 1 year Site: www.nakkal.net , www.singgah.net , and www.romstar.com.my Comments : Tuan punya art-x , si zmiey... ihiks .. mmg bagus ada, senang nak cari (tiap2 hari YM dgn dia). Pastu kacau assistant dia (cik suzie). Perkhidmatan bagus, banyak yg aku belajar dr zmiey dan tak kedekut ilmu. best !!!! PROVIDER WEBSITE : www.hive.com.my How long with them: 1 week comments: Tunggu aku dah guna 2-3 bulan baru komen kih kih :P tapi terkehel skit laa masa tunggu server dia ok balik.

Duration: since Januray 2005 (5 months) Comments: My website went down once. Their customer service was good, they follow-up my mail promptly. But one drawback to me, they use Plesk. I don't really like Plesk, not much feature. Also, their webhosting package is expensive. Overall rating, 2 out of 5 stars. Provider: www.hivehosting.net Duration: plus minus 2 months Comments: Excellent package. But last night it went down until this morning and now it is up again. Thanks for the good work. They offer very competitive package at very low price. Also, they use CPanel (lots of features and I like it). Overall rating, 4 out of 5 stars. Provider: www.webhosting.com.my Duration: plus minus 2 moths Comments: I just registered my domain name. I dont like their customer service. They didn't reply my email when I had difficulties to change my domain pointing to other server. They aare also not available for help during weekends because no one picked up the phone when I call. Their package is very expensive. Next time, if you want to register your domain name with them, make sure to inform them to unlock it (apply only if you want to point that domain to other hosting provider) Overall rating, 2 out of 5 stars.
