Feedback on web hosting services

I'm looking for a new webhost to host my online commerce site (switching away from my current web host after experienceing some serious downtime).

After looking at dozens of companies (and eliminating many with -ve feedback in the posts on this forum), I have currently shortlisted my hosting options down to
1. www.exabytes.com.my
2. www.easynet-interactive.com
3. www.gethosted.com.my
4. www.kkhost.net

I was wondering if anyone has used the services of the companies above and would appreciate feedback on their
1. server availability
2. server performance
3. support responsiveness
4. policy on server/network security

Really appreciate advice, feedback and recommendations. Thanks.

If you are that serious about your hosting partner, I suggest you email them. All of them have email contacts. Their replies to you basically takes care of your "responsiveness" criteria

Anyway, I use easynet and I must say that I'm satisfied with their services thus far. Their support also went a long way to help me setup a Mambo (now called Joomla) site. That is beyond what they normally do.

I can't comment on the others as I have not used them...
