Has IPXCESS gone belly-up?

Hi there!

Does anyone know if IPXCESS is still in operation or have they actually gone belly-up? I'm not sure what's going on but I tried to contact them via phone and email since Friday and there was no reply or answer on the phone till this day. Even now I'm still trying to reach them.

So, if anyone has any idea, could you please tell me?

hi, after checking on the announcement area on their website,
http://www.ipxcess.com/, it seems that they are closed for CNY holidays from 28 Jan until 5 Feb. Maybe, that's the reason why you have problem reaching them.

I so totally do no believe that their support staff is off during that time as well. In case there's anything wrong with their server or something like that, then would we really have to wait for such a long time before we could reach them?

Another thing is that today if I'm not mistaken is the 6th of February 2006 already. Its no longer a holiday and yet I still do not have a reply from them nor could I reach them via phone. Now, if you're asking me if they are responsible people, I'm totally gonna say they are not as they do not even answer calls nor reply to emails.

Although I do not host with them or something(we have our own servers ), I still would like to get in touch with the people there as there's something we need to solve.
