Exabytes The Fastest HOSTING!!
Exabytes??? SUCKS... If you are using HTML web site ok..fine very fast..but if your using mysQL server, forget it... sometime you have to wait for 10 minutes to load page. SUPPORT? yes they have a very good support... and when we submit a problem ticket what did they say? "Our server is working fine" <-- Fucking fine. Thats the answer every time we submit ticket... This is some of the emails i sent to them..
Some of the tickets title : [SUPPORT #PIM-206218]: Dissapointed Service [SUPPORT #JMM-246574]: Dear MR. [SUPPORT #QVU-915000]: Ping Time Out [#LYG-724881]: Good Luck [SUPPORT #CGR-171628]: sql die [SUPPORT #VYU-412011]: web too slow Dear MR. I am launching my website soon..But i am very very dissapointed with your service. Everyday i have to waste my time waiting. Sometime your server is very fast..but sometime i have to wait 5-10 minutes before it loads. i try to ping and it replies 20ms. but the page did not load. Dear Mr. Please understand my situation. I have no time to write this ticket everyday for 3-4 times a day. i am not your personal server speed status checker. Every time i submit the ticket, You restart the sql server.. And some time you ask me which page is slow.. But same thing happen... You think the querry script making it slow? No, in other time the same page load below than 2ms. This is my last ticket i which to write. Its up to you.. I will try to look at it until tomorrow.Or im leaving your company with a very-very bad impression. So far I have no problem with the performance... Sometimes it is not because of the service provider, but because of our internet connection performance too... You have to understand, during peak hours everything will slows down... it is not because of poor service but because of crowded... our internet connection speed also can affect the ping test...
i'm not working at exabytes, but just a happy customer... so far, never found any Malaysian Hoster as good as Exabytes..

My site works without a hitch for the past 3 months since I host with Exabytes.
datohead98, perhaps you can provide us your URL here so we can take a look (while other hosting provider, including Exabytes, can check it out for you)

Slow
Im not stupid that i dont know my internet connection is slow or what...
202.75.42.33 <--this is the exabytes ip that i host the web is www.viewmalaysia.com <--sometimes it load below 2ms.. but sometimes takes up to 10 minutes to load.. but the ping still reply 28ms - 36ms The data server is fast.. But the SQL server.. very slow.. Some friends of mine said exabytes host 500-600 domain in a single server. thats why the sql is slow... I host same website in 3 deffrent hosting including us..and the slowest is exabytes.. i thought malaysian server is fast . now i already bought a forth hosting from a company in singapore.. 1 more thing.. do i have to write this forum if i got no problem with my hosting? i got a lot more works to do then writing this..

heheh... u shud inform earlier that u use postnuke cms... from the begining, since year 2001 release of postnuke, I hate it because of the data query is too slow and kind of slowing down our pc because of the script itself is querying to a lot of files and databases... phpnuke is better for me.
Javascript and css style files included in the script shud be simplified also... Another thing is, the flash movie... how big the file is?

Huh the same file..same website in other server is fast... loading time is 2ms..
postnuke querry?? its not nuke querry..i dont use the nuke querry..i already remove all original nuke querry...all files and script dont use any nuke.. just a simple mysql querry.. simple database connection.. let say if its really about nuke.. then and how come sometimes the same page..same file..same cms...in exabytes hosting loads under 2ms??? and the same page also..same cms same module..at other time..in exabytes too takes 10 minutes? u sounds like stupid to tell me that problem because of the script ..nonsense... its because of the bandwith loads(too many webs in server)... when the web make a querry..it will be que until theres a space for the data to transfer... anyway dont care of the speeds now..bought new hosting...and will transfer the domain.. They truth is..exabytes cannot help me to resolve my problem.. thats the real problem... thanks.

Hi datohead98,
Please calm down. A more accurate way to check whether the server is crowded: http://phpsysinfo.sourceforge.net/ Just install that script into your hosting account and monitor the server load. If the server load is low yet your site loads slow, it is the CMS' problem. Otherwise, I believe you can request Exabytes to move your site to another server that is less crowded  Thanks.

after comparing both, the loading speed has no improvement...?? summore the viewmalaysia.com/index.php page has image with "X" - means the file is missing or not downloaded but from exabytes page has no missing files.
Thats what i found out... anyway, good luck with your new hosting...
