1.Influxhost (Overseas)
-Cheap Price
-Not so fast

-It says guarantee money back. But they lied.

2.Exabytes (Local)

pair Networks
* Established in 1995, a respected company in this industry.
* Been with them for about 2 years.
* Hardware/software is old-ish, but well maintained and very stable.
* Excellent customer service. They know what they're talking about.
* They run their own datacenter.
* Reasonably priced for the service quality.
* Separate Web/Database (MySQL) servers.
* Honest and transparent - You can see their server and network status.
* They do have strict resource usage policies though - good for small sites, bad for large site.

Dear all,

wow, 450 + webservers. Looking strong and solid there.

Karashells, Ultraunix (shells), Myoneshells (1999)
1. For IRC Bot purposes
2. They give webhosting space
3. Fast and secure server
4. This is when I 15 years old so I do not explore much.

First hosting : bestshells.com (2001)
To host our school website
1. fast
2. Secure
3. No control panel, FTP and email management

Second Hosting : Onnet Hosting (Cari.com.my) (2001)
1. fast
2. Slow support
3. Cpanel
4. price reasonable

Third Hosting : Mesrahosting.com (2001, 2002 -2003)
1. To host my family website
2. To host my first webdesign client
3. Fast
4. Support is great

Now, I do not buy hosting anymore

Thank you,

Hi everyone,
My experience hosting my corporate site (not web hosting related):

1. Webserver.com.my (2000 - 2001)
- Expensive price
- Normal support
- Server down a few times before my annual hosting contract expires, that forced me to move to another provider.

2. Nerraw (2001 - 2002)
- Migrated my web site from webserver.com.my
- Good and friendly support (Owner Warren Tan was in my ICQ list last time)
- Slightly cheaper than webserver.com.my
- Again, the same nightmare happened. Server was down a few times again when my annual hosting contract was about to expire
- Company sold to Integricity after I left

So by the end of year 2002, I started my first webserver and that's the end of my hosting experience with other providers. At that time I wasn't targetting to operate a web hosting company, just reselling the space space under one of my satellite companies. Registered KK Host Network early 2004 just for web hosting business. Oh, I'm a bit off topic, it's going into KKHost's history now :P

Thanks for sharing!

Hello,

My first domain registrar is ADCIPTA.NET
The first Malaysian company offers RM 35 which become the industry standard today. He really have good support technique and very fast in responding emails.

I have about 200 domains with him last time. But after I have my own registrar, I slowly migrated to it. Until now, I still have domains under adcipta.net

Last time, I used perkasa.net for Parti KeADILan website. But now it seem sthey have closed down eh.

Thank you,
