Refering to my site: Home A Pet.com :: Index
I'm hosting under internet-webhosting.com under Linux "Standard Plan" About 2 - 3 hours ago i noticed that my account was suspended without prior notice and there is a note ask me to contact them immediately. I was informed that my forum Traffic is too high & use up more than 10% of their resource. My forum is newly launched (about 2 weeks), members 100+, max login simultinously 11 only. Doesnt seems "high" traffic to me. Can you guys please do log in to my site & help me find out what is the problem? Is it due too many photos in there? My forum do not have uploading function, all the photos are links to host image site such as photobucket. Is this the reason? Please do let me know your point of view & how to resolve the problem asap. thanks a lot! really appreciate your help. & if you do know any hosting company or hosting plan that can allow my forum to be run without problem, please do PM me alrite? Thanks! |

Your forum doesn't seems to be very active yet. Maybe you should ask them to send you some evidence,or which script that used up a lot of resources.

Well i;ve switch hosting company, as when i approach internet-webhosting.com, the staff is rude, & the way he speak is threatening to me.
They cant answer me what is the reason that take up the resources. The juz tell me " Let us know your solution then we consider to unlock your forum, if problems occur again, we will lock it again, we cant allow you to further damage us, as it cost our server down few times " I asked wats the problem, they say take up more than 10%, i ask the reason, they cant answer me. I say is it maybe becoz my members using free hosting to host up the photos? The staff answered "Maybe" I say will it solve if i add an "add photo function" He said "Maybe" I keep requesting what can i do, he say send us your solution. WTF?! I dont even know wat causes that!! Then the staff say he suggest me to delete my forum script. So i ask wat script u recommend, he said they don recommend forum scripts. I say that means no forum for me? He say they don recommend FORUM THAT CONSUME HIGH RESOURCE like mine!! I was like... SPEECHLESS! I switched hosting company immediately. The staff is reluctant to assist me. They are not capable at all! Rude, threaten the customer! It was ONLINE chat, but the staff keep urging me to email instead, why should i email while u can respond to me on9 then? wats the point? And wat is worst, while they are hosting my site, for a week my site experiencing frequent down experience, one day even happen few times, sometimes for HOURS!! I complaint, they ask me to be understanding & be patience, give them some time, ALRITE, i never even complain or talk bad abt them, even that period of time is during my investment of advertisement, imagine how many potential members i lost during that time?! When my forum happens to take up their resource, where goes their patience & understandings??!!! I told them during the frequent down time, if i die, i will pull them down, 24hours a day, i got the time. |

ahah, we get the inner staff here, maybe irwan can explain us all whats going on at his company..i dont found a single logic that a forum script which only have a couple of members will consume that much resource. not logic at all! maybe ada udang di sebalik mee?

Hi,
First of all i would like to apologizes for the late reply for this post. My staff just inform me today that our company name found to be listed in this forum's post ![]() So, I would like to take this oppurtunity, to clearing some of the question about our company's services and actions. As referred to the question regarding homeapet.com that has been suspended last time. Attached is the Screen Shot of the proof of his websites are exceeding the CPU Resources limit sets by our company policy. The same Screen Shot also has been sent to him 5 minutes after we suspended his websites (Exactyl at 12.45am) . We keep all our client correspondent in our database, that is why we have all the date & time recorded. The notice is not sent out earlier since the XEON server is started to sluggish and after we investigate we found out his websites are exceeding the CPU Resources limit. Due to the severity of this issue, and as reputations are negatively affected with downtime, thus we need to suspend his websites first to avoid further damage to the server and avoiding complaints from other subscribers on the same server. I think this action is agreeable by other Webhosting Company , am i right ? This websites is actually an ADDON Domain to bolaland.com, which is a Main Domain for his webhosting (Still online & Still using Internet-Webhosting.com Server). The homeapet folder lastime is located at homeapet.bolaland.com. This site is using extra CPU resources than others and probably because of some addon functions enabled in the Scripts. i.e Uploading & Downloading Scripts. But investigating on the Scripts Functionality & Error is never our responsibility, we can only advised if the client asked. As referred to his Chat Conversation with our staff at 2.15am on the same day. The staff online that night is Mr Adi.S, and he is actually a Level 1 Technical Support. (We have Level 1, Level 2 and Senior Technical Support) . Thus when 'Webster' asking whether some of its solution will helps, Mr Adi.S will say 'Maybe'. True enough because the solution provided by Webster probably will helps in reducing his CPU Resources Consumption. He just need to sent email to us with the solution for his website to be released. Mr Adi.S keep on asking him to sent an email to support@internet-webhosting.com with Webster solution on how to reduce its CPU Consumption is because he is a Level 1 Support and he got no authorisation to unsuspended an account (Already explained to Webster). He need to escalate the email to his Senior Technical as part of unsuspention procedures. Homeapet.com has been released on 2.31am exactly after 15 minutes we received email from Webster with the solution that he will try. Sometimes it is difficult to pleased everybody but as our reputation shows (2000++ clients) , we would like to inform that we are taking every measure to ensure better services and greater customer satisfaction at all time.
