Need to find cheap reliable VPS/Dedicated server.

I'm planning to open game server for personal use and hoping to use dedicated server service. This is first time I going use dedicated server so I am inexperienced on choosing whats right for it.

Able to support 100-150 players at the same time.
User friendly
Easy to mantain (upload,download,editing,rebooting).
Minimum 3 IP

pls help me with the best suggestion with the lowest price. And detailed instruction on how to use it.

ur game is web based text-game or those graphical normal PC games? or online game such as ROSE(like shown in ur homepage)? if is graphical normal PC games and ROSE or similar games, i dun think many of the hosting company would host it for u, and u are saying about rebooting for ur easy maintain, impossible the web hosting company would simply reboot their server because of 1 single client's request.

i think you should be opting in a co-location server instead...

just buy your own 1u server with your preferred hardware spec..
if you buy a good h/w spec.. i guess you can cater for more than 200 gamer also... Install all server software and your game on the server. Test out and if everything is fine with server, them just bring to the hosting company server farm to place it there...

but one thing for sure, its won't be cheap or maybe i should ask what is the definition of cheap mean to you? is RM1K/mth considered cheap for u?

all local hosting company would charge you a lot due to your heavy bandwidth in image and games activities. Not to say they wanted to earn more from you, but they have to pay for the bandwidth rented-out from the datacenter also. If your server taken-up all their bandwidth, sure they will call you to pay more...

For a RO servers, to host 150 users it would take 2.4 Ghz, 1 GB RAM, 80 GB HDD.

For game server hosting, hardware cost are normally cheaper than the bandwitdh cost. Therefore, plan carefully on your requirement. It might end up you paying unnessary resources (which are expensive).
