Google is Changing the Definition of a "Click" on AdSense Ads

for better or worse?

+ good for advertisers (those spend money to advertise, without advertiser / adword... adsense is nothing).

both had pro and contra..

I totally agree with ad1, advertiser will pay more in that case.

but that is not rally good for us as the web master..

erm, i think it time for google to secure their business with advertisers. Google adsense is zero without them.

hope no longer argue on click fraud..etc

so when will a click be counted as a click?maybe adsense will become pay per sale intead of pay per click liao.

Well, I tried to click once on my own google adsense and the next day I checked it, it is still counted as a click and it is paid. I don't dare to log in to my adsense account after I did that as it is against google adsense TOS.

I've accidentally clicked on my ads a few times, sometimes they are counted, sometimes they are not, but I've never been warned.
Maybe it's because I really do visit those sites and not clicking for the sake of clicking.

As for the OP's topic, I think it's good for everyone as accidental click will be less likely to happen. This would redirect less users out of our sites.
