Use Adsense Income Statemant for loan application

As supplementary/additional source of income in applying housing loan, car loan, personal loan etc. Maybe can increase credit amount or at least increasing the chance for approval.

Anybody have done that? Just curious.

earning full income is ok... but if they really really make it an income and report that to irb then i think its acceptable to them... anyway... most of the time bank interested in looking into formJ instead of the web printed adsense income...

Ive done it with HSBC HomeSmart Home Loan.

What i do is, i print my 6 months transaction & briefly explain all the incoming money... including Google Adsense.

My Homeloan got approved... but i believe if your credit rating is good then you should not face any problem. mine i would say, credit rating oklah... i'm surprise even 1 day late payment credit card will give you 1 score mark in your rating...

if im not mistaken the rating (Maybank) was like this (This is an example)

CIMB Credit card
master card : 111111111111
Visa : 010101001001

Maybank loan
car loan : 000001000111
homeloan: 000110101000

the No. 1 represent late payment. 0 represent paid in time... this is just the 2 numbers i've seen in my credit ratings. so the best number is 000000000000

i got friends applied homeloan with UOB... he already got 3 houses with his declared salary was so CHIPUT... since his credit rating was 000000000000 kind of guy, his 4th loan was approved!!!!!

so, moral of the story.... Good Credit rating will got much effect!

correct me if im wrong.. (Im not a banker... Just an Adsense Publisher he he he)

@offshoreman

Thank you for the info. Really appreciate that. I do agree that credit rating is the most important aspect in justifying whether you are credit worthy or not thus affecting your approval chances. Luckily for me I only have car loan with record 000000000000 . (Got this info from bank negara, walk in self check procedure). In addition I only use debit card.

I am now curious whether Adsense statement could help in increasing the credit limit allowable for a person. I'm hoping that by providing additional income info such as Adsense (if the income is steady every month), we can push up our credit limit to another level thus allowing us to get a bigger sum of loan.
