calvyn -> no need to worry, you can fill up with a fake identity as i did it for both of my account.
but make sure the address is correct.
and you can use the email to verify if you are the winner.

they will select it randomly and this program is launched by a Dato' who wanted to donate the $12k but don't wanna go to the donation center.
he did this and personally choose the winner.

if your referral win, you also win. winner will be selected weekly basis or fortnightly depending on the participants.
