adsense with affiliate programs
I've just signed up for amazon's affiliation program, and was wondering is it possible that I can display both adsense and amazon products in the same page. I'm guessing this is ok since the T&C of both amazon and google state that it doesn't allow competing programs of the same nature, but one is affiliate, the other is banner ad, so i guess they're pretty much different in nature. What do you guys think or recommend about this?

Competitive Ads and Services
We do not permit Google ads or search boxes accessing Google search services to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads or services. This would include ads that mimic Google ads or otherwise appear to be associated with Google on your site. If you have elected to receive content-based Google ads, this would also include all other content-targeted ads. If you have elected to receive Google search services, this would include other search services on the same site and non-Google query-targeted ads. We do allow affiliate or limited-text links. ^ I guess google's good with it?

No problem with that. adsense and affiliate program can live together in your site. The statement you read is for Google Adsense competitor like AffiliateSensor , AffiliateText, Proogle, Adhearus, BidClix, Findit-Quick.
For me, I don't like promoting affiliate program from Amazon, commission is not good, very small. Find another affiliate program that give high commission. Jawa
