ok, this is my second post to ask if anyone BUY paypal money and bank in to Malaysian account. Last time I post for myself and this time I post of other Malaysian.

I have a series of PayPal posts in my blog <www.liewcf.com> and got #2 in "malaysia paypal" Google search. #1 in Yahoo! search. There are always some people asking me the same question...

"I am Malaysian. How do I widthdraw my PayPal money?"

I dunno how to answer them, I ask them to come to WM and ask. Anyway, seems like they are not lead by me here (no see new post on paypal).

I decide to find a good paypal buyer and recommend to all Malaysian. I will advertise your paypal buying service in my blog.

does paypal allow us to buy and sell money? I read somewhere before that it is illegal.I mean,i know plp do it discreetly,but legally,it's not allowed right? Correct me if i'm wrong.

not sure isit illegal or not... however after i read this thread the other day, i googled and found a website doing the business with super high 25% commision charge to exchange paypal money to other e-cash (e.g. e-gold, moneybookers, ikobo etc.), while the service charge from others to paypal is relatively low. if paypal hasn't taken action on that site, i guess they don't really care?

i always do that, not just paypal.. e-gold, stormpay etc.

No need to buy or sell paypal..

That is sick, isn't it. Trying to earn a dime (or a fortune) to share a tips/tricks to do certain stuff.

Some company does not allow you to include their company name in your domain. You might have troubles with domain name such as paypal2u.com since it's not owned by Paypal.

regarding Chapter M:
I read the book and am not too impressed. Already knew most of the stuff there. However it is still ok to read if you are a newbie.

So are you saying Chapter M is a scam? If you don't mind, perhaps you can share same method here that we don't know .

The thing that we know to withdraw PayPal money:

1) Open a merchant account (WorldPay) and withdraw it there.
2) Exchange it with someone else thru a forum (forgot the forum name)
3) Open a bank account in supported country (US, SG, TW..) and get their ATM card to withdraw it here.

NO I am not saying that Chapter M is scam. far from it.
