posting images and photos- legal issues
hi..i would like to ask.. let's say i wanted to make a review website on movies, dvd, or animes or pc games, and i need to put a certain photos /screen shots on my website, can i just post the photos and give a credit to where i took the images from? (will i get into trouble by doin this?) or i'll have to ask permission from those websites?
it would be very tough to email every companies and ask them for their permission and i have tried. i don't think they give a damn about my email coz i haven't got any replies from them since 2 weeks ago. so how do i solve this problem? anyone post pictures, images, screen shots from other websites on your own websites? what about copyrighted pictures and also fair use? |
