Hi Jawa, this is really interesting. But until today i still don't understand 1 thing, how did that guy choose a keyword that worth more than USD10 per click? I mean how a person know accurately how much a keyword worth?

one question, how come he doesn't get banned for 90% CTR? i've seen lots of adsense websites like this, just wonder how come google adsense team doesn't do anything to them.

I think as long as the click isn't fraud, Google won't ban the site owner? One of my site with low traffic often receive CTR above 200% and I contacted Google about this. They said everything was doing okay.

Btw, I just started a new blog based on this idea. It's very, VERY beta though. Still lots of features to add. Now, can you give me some feedback like the ad placement, site design or anything to improve both the CTR and traffic?

To tell you the truth, I was thinking of doing that myself because I have a couple of typo domain names

It's nothing wrong with doing this but it's unlikely that you get such a high CTR. If people don't find your content suitable, they'll just type in a new address in their browser.

I have landing pages for my domain names where there's absoultely nothing except PPC links - the CTR is below 10%

I've been doing this all the while. But not created those spam websites. I do not want to waste the traffic. My website has proper content to presell the product from affiliate program as well as capture the list.

So far, my Adwords + Yahoo (Overture) PPC cost have never exceeded my Adsense income. My strategy is to use Adsense to fund my PPC cost. Income from affiliate commission will be a good bonus to me.

Lot of people always dream for the free traffic from organic SE and they just keep waiting... To me, I do not have the patience to wait for that. The website that complete now, I can start seeing traffic coming in for the next few minutes and know the results instantly. Waiting for good SE traffic can take months...

I treat this as a business. Spend $1 to earn $3 or more.

This method was used by a guy before with Overture and he made thousands monthly.

I think it's illegal because it's like placing the ads on a "Thank you " page which is a page which does not have substantial content which obviously created just to drive the visitors to click Adsense.

I for sure will report this guy to Google if I find my ads are displayed on his site.
