Getting PR3 websites to link to your PR0 sites

I'm considering of registering for a contest, but it
requires my new sites to get links from PR3 and above
websites. These links of mine should appear on PR3
webpages (links on PR0 webpages of PR3 mainpage do
not count).

How can I quickly do that?

1. Buy links? From where?
2. Write articles? Done that but result is slow...

Any help?

Am considering of paying for one of the programs
I'm promoting to compensate for the payment for
interested party. Will that work?

save your money... go to linkmarket.net .. sign up for an account...
and look for links or let the links look for u
