Looks like the spammer is using Malaysia as a gateway to send out spam...

whether or not he's using malaysia as a gateway is not my concern, and I'm not surprised if he's really from malaysia.

But the main problem is that Malaysia is always considered by people from the offshore as one of the main source of spams and other inethical internet frauds and stuff, and these were one of the many reasons why Malaysian was literally banned from Paypal, Clickbank and Commission Junction.

Same goes with people who cheat adsense. Look at the recent cases where some of the Malaysians got banned from Adsense. When can these morons ever learn their lessons?

I share your frustrations. Paypal has re-opened to Malaysians but just cannot withdraw funds. Clickbank and CJ continue to close their doors to us.

As for Adsense fraud, not only Malaysia... everywhere also the same. Some people are in it for a quick buck if not greedy.
