I've never used local ones so I can't recommend any. I am currently using EV1Servers at http://www.ev1servers.net/ located in the US.

Not the cheapest around but still affordable. Customer support is fast and above average. The lively forum usually don't disappoint me when searching for fixes to my server problem. The members are a helpful bunch too.
