Got my first adsense payment. Yay! Cant wait to cash it although it is not much. Can pay for my car pun ok lar.

In adsense payment history it says that payment was on 23 Feb, 2006. Since a lot of you guys have experience in getting adsense cheques, how long does it take for the cheque to arrive, the banking process and lastly cash in hand.

From what Ive read in this forum, it will take three weeks for it to arrive and at least a month for cash in hand, so:

Payment: 23 Feb 2006
Arrive : 15 March 2006 (3 weeks)
Cash in hand: 15 April 2006 (1 month)

Is it correct? If this is the case, you cannot miss even one month without hitting USD100 or else you have to wait for 1 to 1 and a half months!

First off, CONGRATULATIONS!!!

From my experience, it takes typically 2 weeks for the cheque to arrive.
Then the bank will take 21 days to clear the cheque

Thanks kawan!! Hopefully it will come every month from now on. I had surpassed the USD100 mark for February. And when I open adsense this morning I had a double figure! So far so good for March.

So now lets revise the date :

Payment: 23 Feb 2006
Arrive : 9 March 2006 (2 weeks)
Cash in hand: 30 March 2006 (21 days) Is this correct? anyone can confirm this?

Waa syiok will be getting gaji PLUS adsense cash in hand by the end of next month.

How do you clear your check in two weeks? Which bank are you dealing with? I'm planning to put mine in RHB bank since I have an acct there but they said its 1 month and RM15 charge. If 2 weeks lagi syiok.

my check not delivered by Fedex but DHL. I use the Secure Check option for $24 per delivery.

Before this, I cleared my cheque at BCB and it takes 21 days to 45 days to clear. But recently I switch to RHB and it takes 2 weeks to clear. But according to bank officer, sometime it will take longer like 30 days

Saw the news today that ringgit is strengtening against the dollar. Now it is 3.703 sumthing. For sure bank will go down to 3.6 or 3.5. Damn! I wish I was there for the days of the ringgit peg of 3.8
