1) Bid for a high search keyword in small ppc engine for a low price
2) Send the visitors in and hope they click on the high paying keyword
3) if the conversion rate works right, you earn.

Dont bother to have a look at the MFA, unless you have some other mean of doing the ads. Few days back google have change the costing structure. site for MFA is paying higher adword fee. google rating also being affected.
