you are right for the 1st part. Surveysavvy does pay for your survey. This is the legit program to earn money. Another website which provides the same service is surveyscout.com. This site is also legit. But there is a small drawback.

Most of the question that they've ask are related to the US industry and not locally. Not sure if you can get frequent questions to answer and get paid...
