PayPopup.com?
Anyone had experience in using them? My sites are small, so I won't be able to get into those large CPM networks, but this site seems to accept my sites (myTax and SMKBS Forum) at my first submission. CPM rates seem to be low for non-US countries. Anyone has any opinions?

Wow. I never knew there's a CPM network that accept publishers with more than 200 page views per day.
I have did some searches and found that many complain about its low cpm; and some recommended other cpm network (axill, layer-ads.de, adversal). What are others experience?

hmmm... after testing their ads, i find that their in-page ads as well as their pop-unders loads EXTREMELY SLOW.
The slowness is comparable to clicksor's ads. If you want to witness their slowness, try to look at this thread http://smkbs.webspeek.com/viewtopic.php?t=116 where i implemented the ads. I even saw a mild-porny ad just now. I'm contemplating of whether to remove them or not. I'll see my forum members' reactions and the rates given by paypopup.com. On the stats page, they only show the number of impressions I have for each accepted site. They do not show my earnings.
