I do intend to add on google ad to my site, how can it be done? Will it slow down my forum?

just sign up at google adsense and they will review your website, after they review, and approve, then u can login to the site and generate a html code and slot it in ur forum...it is very easy step...

Yes. Applied Google Adsense by go to http://google.com/adsense and your site will be approved normally within a day or two. Google provides step by step for you to generate a javascript snippet for you to place Google adsense on your site.

Oh yeah, be sure to read the Terms Of Services before joining.

Unfortunately, for a small site, Adsense has no alternative in terms of ad-relevancy and payout rate. Well, until YPN come to Malaysia, that is.

I've read through the terms & conditions,

I noticed that it stated there we need to summit our tax info to them, until then only they are able to send us the payments.

But how if we do not have any tax to be paid yet?

You will be paid when your account reach $100 USD or equivalent and the payment will be sent after they send first by ordinary mail an activation pin to verify that you are you.

But then it stated there BOTH inside & outside US.. So can just ignore?

Yup. Malaysians need not to pay/submit the tax information.
