Need a little bit of help here. I'm trying to register Linkshare's affiliate network and apparently, you'll need to fill in a tax form which is a pain in the a**. I've sent them an email few days ago asking for help but they never reply.

Any linkshare affiliates around that are able to shed some light?

Should I use Form W-8BEN or W-8EXP? Where do I send this to? and what should I fill in for 'Capacity in which acting'?

i had the same problem like you and i gave up. May be you must fill the tax form completely. i had no idea about this.
