but any1 can confirm me on tis? some says static pages index faster than dynamic pages & they rank better too, some other says google can index dynamic pages included it's parameters, mayb U guys can guide me some useful sources

Why don't you do this:

Go to google, search a few keywords, and for each keyword count the number of static pages and dynamic pages that are listed on the first page.

That should answer your question.

Both statements are half true. Google can index dynamic pages and they will be indexed as quickly and rank as well as static pages AS LONG AS they do not contain session ID's or many parameters overall. Dynamic pages are a problem when you have the same content appearing on lots of different URL's. That should be avoided.
