That book (SEM Kit) has much value for money! According to the author, it covers all the professional training in http://www.seoresearchlabs.com/seo-training.php which cost more than few $K .

I don't have the book, not gonna invest in the SEO field, but certainly enjoy the reading of his free e-book http://www.seoresearchlabs.com/seo-book.php
