What is discounted links?

Discounted links are links that can be easily obtained and search engine knows it. Because everyone can easily get one, the link carries little to no weight. Building 1,000 discounted links sometimes carries less weight than has one authority back links. The most obvious example of discounted links are directory submission, free for all link directories, and etc.

So what's the big deal?

The big deal is, if we can find those sites that search engine not yet figure out (not yet discount the link) but where we can easily make an account on and obtain the account to get a links, the link we build can carry more weight.

How to find undiscounted links

New/Niche/Local sites: it can be social bookmarking service, social networking site, forum, community, aggregator, blogs etc.
