What forum you are using?
Normally there should be a template file you can edit, to put your adsense code in there.

what is your url?
to insert google adsense javascript...u need to open your file...probably index.php or your header.phpcopy the script given by google and paste it there. then upload to the server.
give it a try.

Implementing Adsense in Forum
Hey
Honestly Forum adsense is one of the worse paying adsense I have seen todate. The click thru's are lousy and its difficult to put the ads properly to get good click thrus. We have our own forum but the earnings is nothing to shout about. You wouldnt loose much if you didnt install one. Dats my honest experience. Cheerios

For phpbb you need to edit the overall_header or overall_footer file in template folder to insert the Adsense code.
A more advance method is by using inline mods for phpbb. As usual, normally you just google for it and there's a lot of tutorial on how to add the code into your forum. Cheers!
