How to know that a website is SEO friend
I have few question:
-How do we know that a website is SEO friendly or not and how to verify? -Is there any benefit to SEO by making frequently updating your website every day automaticaly? I expect few points and inputs from all of you.

A quick check on the title tag, meta tag/description, search engine URLs, navigation, and links will give you the brief idea on the 'search engine friendliness' of the website.
There are not really any way to 'verify' it, except check its SERPS on the search engines (does search engine index most of the pages and give reasonable ranking on it ? ) And yes, search engine would like it if you updated your website with fresh, new, unique, relevant contents everyday.
