Design-wise, i like the second one..that Make money one..
A bit 2.0ish...But the background is a bit narrow, your ads are popping out to the left. i'm not sure whether you can change the outer wrapper length since the white background is a fixed gif graphic.. Content-wise..of course those girls

4 blog? do you have time to manage?
My self handle 1 blog... go toilet also no time already... i saw your blog, all are very new, and content wise, not much special... My advice is try to concentrate 1 blog. You need to ask your self which you can provide the best content... Remember... blog LIFE, not blog DEAD, don take other people content and post it in your blog
