Can you suggest what is the best thing to put in sidebar? I don't want ads. :P
Example like calendar, chatbox and etc... I still thinking what is the best for visitor to see rather than all ads... Thanks!!

MyBlogLog is a good widget to be added into your sidebar, it shows you the visitors that are coming to your blog.
A top commentator widget perhaps and a widget on your blog's popular posts. These are plugins which you can find from Wordpress database. For the popular posts, it the popularity Contest plugin. Other than these, maybe you can add in a Random Blogroll by goldfries. I have all of these in my site though.

I think you should change About Us to About or About Me only.
One man show rite? The rollover link color also need some changes. It's almost the same color as the background.

I suggest that you give some blogroll (links to other blog that you know). Install some plugin such as recent comments or top commentators.
Subscribing to MyBlogLog and installing their widget in your sidebar is nice too since you will see some of the faces who visits your website

you may put the logo on each software you intro before, then the logo link to the post that you intro the software.
