if it is a product catalog website then i say it adequate...

if you called it a web store... i would say you missing the below in priority listed:-
1. No own domain as mentioned by dezinerite
2. No own hosting server
3. No online payment
4. No shopping card
5. No detailed product price
6. No Registered company name... its cheap to get ROB name.
7. No proper intro to company? make it look non serious...
8. Last but not least... why showing competitor ads in your web page (adsense)?? its odd and just like walking into Jusco and See Car4 discount ads every corner..... ... so i walk in jusco and straight away go out to car4 oledi...

i totally agreed with everything especially no.1 and 2 posted above. You must have these two first. the others maybe you can upgrade later.

and as seller, especially when you mentioning about webstore, it has to be full of information on the item, products and you, the seller. and should have info on delivery method too.

design wise, it's simple,easy to navigate. theme, not sure because dont know in what product your store specialize in, should give a more specific name to your store later.
