out of 9 site:
1 site got pr1 3 site got pr0 5 site don't have any pr at all, donno got banned by google or newly reg. site? so with that low pr.... how much you wanted to sales? you never mentioned your price before...

I think people would be more willingly paying for link if your website has a good pr, that at least would help them in terms of pr too.
anyway, RM50 for permanent link might be a fine deal. hopefully your website one day would boost up its PR

i am sure my website pr will increase . so , now i am selling cheap price for my website text link . that is worth to buy it . because now u buy it is permanent link . if my website pr is increase higher . then mayb i won offer permanent text link .

why need pai seh leh ? my pr low then i sell cheap price . after i got high pr then i sell better price . u don wan sell doesnt mean i wan to follow you mah ..... i am sure who buy my text link must be feeling worth of it .
