"Kekkaishi" is a fairly new anime which just started airing since end of 2006, but has picked up loyal fans very steadily since then.

The site I'm selling is *the sole* Kekkaishi fan site existed in English. This site offers visitors to watch Kekkaishi episodes online, download the episodes, as well as read and download its manga. No other sites offers the same on one single site.

No files are hosted on the site's server itself. They're all hosted on other free host like mediafire (video files), megavideo (video streams), and photobucket (manga). So this settles server load and copyright.

Reason for selling--

I have tried to sell this site with my another anime site on sitepoint before but changed my mind as I thought of keeping the site for much longer. But currently I'm having problem with the company whom I rent the server, and now I want to get all my sites off that server and move on with a company which has a much better service. So I think it's time to let go of this site.


REVENUES:

I have only two sources of revenue that I tried on the site.

One is Adsense, which I started implemented around October 25 (the site got average of $1.54 a day). On November I started adding and changing the ads positions, but instead, the CTR went down while the impressions going up.
I experimented with few ads positions and finally back to how the ads looked before I started changing them. With this I started getting around $1-$3 per day.

The other one is Advertlets, a Asia's ad network, which I got rm1-rm3 per day for CPC/CPM.


TRAFFICS:

Most of the traffics are from US, and second most are traffics from Singapore, followed by traffics from Australia and Malaysia. 400 to 600 unique visitors a day, and getting up to 800-900 a day lately.


Organic traffic mostly are from Google. Other than organic traffics, the visitors came from anime/gaming topsites, video hosts like Veoh, YouTube, dailymotion, Vimeo, etc., blogging-for-profit sites like Xomba or Squidoo, and few other links from visitors' personal page, and more. These links won't be removed after you bought the site.
