I've been using DataKL for just few weeks, they have a really fast email support.
I'm quite satisfy. I've registered pixyflick.com. They use CPanel as management. I've no experience with CPanel before since my previous webhosting is using DirectAdmin, which included Managed DNS for free. But with DataKL, we have to pay extra RM10 for that. So if you need to change DNS for mail client or calendar, let say, google apps, you have to ask them to change it lah. They'll do it for free.

ohh.. okay la tu.. I guess i'll try to use that cuz the host that im using is quite bad.. and i need a good host at the moment... thats why..

im also using a DataKL. Their support was supperb. Thumbs up for DataKL!!!

so right now i can really trust dataKL kan? seems that 2 good reviews are here... any other opinions about them that u can share?

So far I trust DataKL.
My websites load very fast.
They replied very fast, answer my question politely.
I'm new to CPanel. But I think I can handle it well.
The price is affordable, seriously.
Even they're some other webhosting give cheaper and faster hosting, I think they not really managed well. Looks beginner to me.
Now DataKL even give Merdeka promotion.
