The word 'Partner' should be revised @ used carefully..

RM35 for .com isn't the cheapest.

one of the cheapest and most reliable one i have found for registering domain name is 1&1 Internet Inc. - Web Hosting Services and Domain Name Registration . is this considered as hijacking someone else's offer? if so, i'm sorry. Hive is supposed to be the best in East Malaysia - or so they claimed. Go to their website and try that Chat With Us and Call Us - its as if they offer 24 hours service. In the end I chose not to sign up after their Chat did not respond and their Phone Line was unanswered.

If I were them I would rather not put up that Phone Number and Chat Line. Its a "misrepresentation" not tantamount to false advertisement. Other than that one of my friend's website at one time suffered DOS attack and they avoided his emails and calls.

I am giving a constructive criticism here. If they can't handle the traffic of queries or complaints (if any) don't put that phone number or Chat there. Or put something on the front page telling us when is it appropriate to call.... etc

Which is why in my Intro at the Intro Thread I would love to have some kind of comparison chart here to measure any Webhoster's Advertisement 'Claim to 24 hours Service' or other perks to customers. Its our right as Customers (and webmasters) - when they don''t deliver.
