I've no such probs. with MalaysiaHoster in the past, even recommended it to my friends & made several purchase myself.
But next time got additional charges, please put at your website clearly.

Not cheaper as stated.

And instead more expensive with the additional RM5 set up charges.
RM5 maybe is NOT a small amount to many, but it's the trouble had to endure for all the tasks.
Further more, I will have to request back my clients to make extra RM5 payment & have to explain to them thn make another trip to the bank.

When I asked your sales team they just replied, because I bought domain ONLY & not with web hosting.
Then I asked them why didn't state at the website.
NO REPLIES at all came back after that.

I thought of giving your sales & support team more time,
especially since when I click to order the domains it kept generating errors
"Error Could not contact registry to lookup domain" and to provide answer for my inquiries.
Thus the next day, I emailed them several times more seeking for clarifications.
No replies at all for OVER 1 day.
Thus your 24/7 Support http://www.malaysiahoster.com/support/
is actually NOT TRUE.

emm... i guess good thing comes with a price... that's why i stopped using all those newly formed and cheap hosting for my clients few years ago. The customer willing pay a bit higher price for stability and good support.

on the malaysiahoster website near the bottom of page where its says "partners", are you sure its really the biz partners or u just using their product(supplier to you).
The terms Partners and Supplier are very different in nature...
example, i'm using Intel Core2 on my pc, does this make me a biz partner of Intel???? if so, then there are billion of intel partners worldwide...

please re-word it if you are just using their product... its like you are misleading people by talking big bout their services... in simple word scam.
