ya, if server down at midnight, i will get sms notice from server monitoring service, i will immediately contact datacenter to restart my server or using remote restart.

i can restart my server 24h/365d but i cant ensure my server 100% uptimes.

for your information, there is no 100% uptimes, because if server hardware crash, it take up to 24hrs to repair it.
