i would says tat both processor have its own segment of targeted users....
intel are more powerfull and fitted for high processing power machine like running imaging/multimedia, gaming or server based sofware. Mean while AMD is more down to earth tat fitted for an average pc users tat only used their pc for spreadsheet or watching video. its all depends on what you use with it... most user would go for intel but in the end they only using 50% of its processing power and paying 50% more compared to AMD. Its just like buying a ferrari and drive it in a 50kph speed limit street. |

yaa...always double the min ram that microsoft recommended for the OS... to make the OS and machine run even faster... triple/quadruple the ram... oh... not to forget that having a good and reliable motherboard, video and sound card helps too...

What would you guys go with AMD or Intel?...

Which one do u think is best/better PROCESSOR?? Please Give ur personal experiences also......

Thank!..4 ur information

Pentium has a slight advantage over AMD in the multitaking area, but in the gaming area, AMD kills Intel. And for those who are Intel fans; when longhorn comes out and Intel develops their 64 bit processor; then we'll see who is better....
