revert all option to default and try again
or just uninstall and reinstall it. the another is. the ADDON / extention. i just read somewhere.. 'a dont install this extension' list. Some of it has been removed by ff team due BAD thing as = stolen user identity bla bla. BTW.. in your case, i really dont get what happen on it. maybe the setting-lah. |

Many websites just don't work in Firefox because the developer was too ignorant to make his site even reasonably standards compliant.

I used to install some theme, but uninstall after I found that can't login to maybank2u.
Other extension I am using now are: Download Statusbar FireFTP (default) Google Notebook (recent install, but the problem occur before I install this) Google Toolbar Project Whois Smart Whois Talkback (default) Video Downloader In fact, this problem after I change my router, but should not related to router since work fine for IE. Another problem is I can't access to namedrive, but I can access the site from my office. |

FF did use a lot of mem, open the task manager panel and compare IE and FF, (i think u view it by mem usage in order, u would eventually find it in the top 5..really pretty heavy) and another thing is FF has a quite strong caching power ![]() |

frontpage sides on IE and Dreamweaver sides on mozilla... so they not gonna do anything bout it coz the coding generated by those two are very hard to read and edit especially fpage which have lots of junk codes. the only way to make it work on both browser are using hand coding method. |

About the memory issue - Firefox only seems to use more memory because IE hides most of its footprint within windows itself. By the time windows has loaded most of the components of IE are already loaded - even if you didn't launch the program yet.
As an example, open directory, i.e. 'My Documents' and type a web-address where it says 'Address:'. You might need to use the menu 'View -> Toolbar -> Address Bar' if it's not already there. You'll notice that even a file window already contains most of IE!
