i'm using flashfxp to upload n download files,but i cant upload n download chinese files(chinese words),error is transfer failed.i can upload n download english files(english words).Any1 help me?

Maybe choose binary for transfer type will do. I don't know flashftp, but some ftp software will auto detect. Correct me if I am wrong.

Do you mean MS Office Word documents? Regardless of Chinese, English etc, the files are of binary format.

im mean the chinese drama and movies to download but its the chinese words,no english words.i can download english movies but cant download chinese drama and movies regarding chinese words...its error transfer failed.

try use CoreFTP Lite (recommended) or CuteFtp. suppose to be no problem with chinese wordings in the filename tho.... give it a try first.

but your computer should be able to display the chinese text first by installing the asian Chinese PRC language from Regional and Setting in your Windows CP.

I hv upload big files but still no yet finish,sometime upload till 10% - 15% then stop.Lts still same after 1 day uploading...

is there such software to boost your uploading? Heh... I'm sorry, but as far as my experience, I dont even know that that kind of software even existed. Can't help u with that but perhaps other members knows and might help (I also really want to know if there's any).

there's a lot of software to make your download speed faster but for uploading...never found any. I used to uploads quite big files like game clients, patches...up to 3Gb file. It would really appreciated if the software/way u mentioned existed..... *haiz..... what I can do now is patiently wait and looks at the uplaod progress bar and info in hope our beloved streamyx not disconnected during the upload process.....
